Sr Treasury Associate

Location: This is a hybrid (in-office and remote) role. Selected candidate must live within a commutable driving distance to Scottsdale, AZ 85255.

We’re looking for a Senior Treasury Associate to join our team and support our cash management, banking relationships, and financial reconciliation processes. This role is a key part of our Accounting department and collaborates closely with internal stakeholders and banking partners to ensure smooth treasury operations.

As a Senior Treasury Associate, you’ll oversee bank reconciliations, manage treasury reporting, and support daily cash handling activities. You’ll play an important role in maintaining our financial accuracy and operational efficiency — ensuring treasury functions operate seamlessly and contribute to the company’s financial integrity.

What You’ll Do

• Process daily bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliations, disputes, and store set-ups with accuracy and timeliness.

• Prepare journal entries and conduct balance sheet reconciliations.

• Support month-end close activities and analytical reporting.

• Develop and maintain relationships with armored car vendors and banking partners.

• Respond to treasury inbox inquiries promptly, providing excellent customer service.

• Assist in training, documentation, and process improvements.

• Collaborate on projects and ad hoc analysis as needed by management.

• Partner effectively with internal teams to support treasury functions.

• Perform other accounting and treasury-related tasks as required.

What You Bring

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

• 5+ years of treasury experience, preferably in a high-volume, multi-unit environment.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills a plus.

• Experience with accounting software; Reconnet/Trintech and Workday a plus.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Customer service mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively.

• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
