Staff Accountant

What You’ll Do

• Prepare journal entries and support month-end close.


• Reconcile balance sheet accounts, including cash, accruals, prepaid expenses, and fixed assets.


• Prepare internal financial statements and perform financial analysis.


• Review inventory accounts and resolve discrepancies with operations and IT.


• Support internal and external audits.


• Assist with budgeting and financial reporting.


• Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and solve accounting issues.


• Maintain accurate accounting documentation and perform other accounting duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.


• 1–3 years of accounting experience.


• Knowledge of GAAP and financial statement preparation.


• Familiarity with ASC 842 lease accounting.


• Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (Agility and NetSuite preferred); QuickBooks; BlackLine; ASW; or similar).


• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.


• CPA preferred or actively pursuing certification.


• Intercompany reconciliation and consolidation experience is a plus.


• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
