Responsibilities
• Develop customized plans for client research projects in conjunction with senior level members of our firm.
• Accurately prepare business and individual tax returns, financials and other compliance work.
• Assist clients in tax planning and advisory services.

• Document research conclusions for projects and clarify expectations if needed.
• Plan and schedule client engagements.

• Participate in client meetings.
• Manage your workflow by running due date reports and proactively discussing assigned projects with client managers to meet deadlines.
• Achieve monthly and annual billable hour goals.
• Analyze data to make informed decisions.

Location: Whatcom or Skagit office (Hybrid after 6 months)

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in accounting or bachelor’s degree in data analytics with a minor in accounting.

· CPA candidate with GPA of 3.0 or higher

· Able to work in office for the first 6 months (hybrid options after introductory period)

· U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident or authorized to work in the U.S.
