Position Summary
The Staff Coordinator is a frontline operational leader who works alongside Recovery Assistants while providing day-to-day supervision, onboarding, and training implementation for assigned Recovery Assistants and PRN staff across Men’s Detox and assist at Center for Women and Children, as needed. This position coordinates shift operations, applies training, policy, and licensing requirements to frontline expectations, coaches staff performance, and supports consistent practice across programs and shifts.

High school diploma or GED required. An associate or bachelor's degree in social services or a related field and at least two years of relevant human-services experience are preferred; an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered.
