• Architect and enhance network monitoring and telemetry platforms for proactive detection and operational insights.
• Design and implement secure connectivity solutions, including IPSec VPNs, remote access VPNs, and cloud connectivity.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to network engineers across global teams.
• Drive network automation initiatives using modern frameworks and scripting technologies.
• Lead major network transformation projects, migrations, and data center upgrades.
• Collaborate with cloud, infrastructure, DevOps, and security teams to support hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
• Perform capacity planning, performance analysis, and network optimization across global infrastructure.
• Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and long-term remediation strategies for complex network issues.
• Develop and maintain architecture documentation, standards, and technical design documents.
• Act as a technical advisor to leadership and stakeholders on network strategy and infrastructure evolution.

Who We Are Looking For
Must Have

• Deep expertise in Next Generation Firewall design, deployment, and security architecture.
• Strong knowledge of advanced routing and networking protocols including TCP/IP, LACP, LLDP, VXLAN, BFD, OSPF, BGP, and IPSec.
• Strong experience designing and operating large-scale data center network architectures.
• Expertise in high availability network design and resilient network infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience building or managing network monitoring and observability platforms (LogicMonitor, Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus, or similar).
• Deep understanding of enterprise network security and VPN technologies.
• Extensive experience configuring and managing switches, routers, load balancers, and firewalls.
• Strong experience working with Juniper and Cisco networking platforms.
• Experience designing and operating hybrid cloud networking environments.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional global teams.
Nice to Have:
• Experience with SD-WAN architectures and deployments.
• Experience managing redundant connectivity solutions such as DIA, SD-WAN, MPLS, and AWS Direct Connect.
• Hands-on experience with network automation and scripting (Python, Ansible, Terraform).
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP networking architectures.
• Exposure to network observability and telemetry-driven operations.
What Will Make You Successful:
• Ability to design scalable and resilient global network architectures.
• Strong leadership in driving complex infrastructure transformations.
• Exceptional troubleshooting and analytical skills in high-impact production environments.
• Ability to simplify complex networking problems and drive operational efficiency.
