Staff Performance Coordinator (Seasonal)

Glendale, AZ

Assignment Duration: Mid-October through January

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 6:00pm - 4:30am

Position Summary
Support warehouse associates onsite by managing workforce needs, conducting orientations, resolving employee concerns, and partnering with client leadership to support daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct new hire orientations and facility tours.


• Serve as the onsite contact for attendance, payroll, assignments, and workplace concerns.


• Coach associates on performance, attendance, and engagement.


• Partner with client leadership to support staffing and operational needs.


• Monitor attendance, timekeeping, and workforce trends.


• Complete reporting, workforce tracking, and other administrative tasks.


• Investigate and escalate employee relations or safety concerns when needed.


• Maintain a strong onsite presence and build relationships with associates and client contacts.

Preferred Experience & Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in staffing, workforce management, HR, or onsite operations.


• Experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, or manufacturing environments.


• Experience with workforce management systems such as UKG, Beeline, or VMS platforms preferred.


• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

• Knowledge of warehouse and distribution center operations.


• Strong communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.


• Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities.


• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.


• Professional handling of confidential information.

Work Environment

• Fully onsite in a warehouse environment on 2nd shift.


• Regular interaction with associates and client leadership on the warehouse floor.


• Requires extended periods of walking throughout the facility.
