Staff Physical Therapist PT

We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Staff Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team. This role requires a professional with exceptional clinical expertise and outstanding interpersonal skills to foster meaningful connections with patients, families, and fellow healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations and design individualized treatment plans.
• Administer physical therapy interventions and deliver continuous patient care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure holistic patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment options, goals, and expectations.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, documenting patient progress.
• Stay informed on advancements and research in physical therapy practices.
• Support the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Licensure: Must hold active in-state licensure.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Home Health Experience: 1 year preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and caring skills essential for engaging with patients and families effectively.
