Staffing Representative

The Posh Agency is Looking for Client Service Manager: 

• Marketing company to potential clients


• Maintaining and creating customer accounts


• Cold call on prospects in assigned territory


• Use traditional and internet-based marketing tools to develop new business


• 
  

  Optimize and Balance Sales and Service/Recruiting Excellence: knowledge of both sides of the desk.

  
  


• Recruit and interview candidates


• Coordinating and presenting candidates to clients


• Background check and drug testing candidates


• Skill testing of candidates


• Consult with clients to develop strategies 


• Daily local Traveling required

The requirements for this EXCITING opportunity are: 

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet Explorer)


• Inbound and outbound phone sales experience


• Excellent communication skills


• Motivated self-starter who takes initiative


• Excellent Customer Service Skills


• 4 Year Degree


• 2 years of Business to Business Sales experience (staffing industry preferred)


• Willing to travel up to 50% of the time
