Position
Overview

We are looking for a US based Manager
who can lead client engagements, develop consulting teams, and bridge the gap
between business strategy and emerging technologies. The ideal candidate is
equally comfortable in the boardroom and the development environment—able to
guide executive conversations, lead consulting teams, and personally contribute
to the design and development of AI -enabled solutions when needed. They bring
strong consulting instincts, technical curiosity, and hands -on experience with
data, analytics, automation, and modern AI technologies, allowing them to
translate ideas into practical business outcomes.

This role is ideal for someone who
thrives in ambiguity, brings structure to complexity, and has the experience
and judgment to proactively lead engagements, anticipate client needs, and
consistently deliver exceptional results. The successful candidate will serve
as a trusted advisor to clients while coaching teams and helping drive the
growth of our consulting practice.

Key
Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements end -to -end, ensuring
  successful delivery, measurable business outcomes, and strong client
  satisfaction.
  
• Serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders,
  shaping business, data, technology, and AI direction while identifying
  opportunities to expand value.
  
• Structure complex problems, facilitate alignment
  across stakeholders, and develop clear executive -ready recommendations and
  delivery plans.
  
• Define solution vision and implementation approach
  for AI, data, analytics, and technology initiatives, ensuring business
  goals translate into practical technical execution.
  
• Partner with engineers, data scientists, and
  architects to drive solution design, delivery priorities, and technical
  decision -making.
  
• Contribute hands -on when needed through coding,
  prototyping, AI agent development, workflow automation, data analysis, and
  technical experimentation.
  
• Manage and mentor cross -functional teams,
  including offshore resources, while maintaining high standards of quality,
  accountability, and performance.
  
• Stay current on emerging AI and data technologies,
  helping clients and Auxo AI identify practical ways to apply them for
  business impact.
  

Requirements

Required Experience

• Bachelor's
  degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Analytics, Information
  Systems, or a related field.
  
• 8+ years of experience in management consulting,
  strategy consulting, technology consulting, or a related professional services
  environment.
  
• Proven experience leading complex client engagements
  and managing executive -level client relationships.
  
• Demonstrated experience managing and developing
  consulting teams, including offshore or distributed delivery resources.
  
• Strong structured problem -solving, analytical thinking,
  executive communication, and presentation development skills.
  
• Ability to independently lead engagements, anticipate
  client needs, and drive workstreams from problem definition through
  implementation.
  
• Strong understanding of data, analytics, artificial
  intelligence, machine learning, and modern technology ecosystems.
  
• Hands -on experience with technologies such as Python,
  SQL, APIs, automation platforms, analytics tools, or related technologies.
  
• Experience designing, building, or implementing
  AI -enabled solutions, automations, data products, prototypes, or technical
  proofs of concept.
  
• Ability
  to work effectively across business and technical teams and translate strategic
  objectives into executable solutions.
  
• Demonstrated curiosity and continuous learning in
  emerging technologies, particularly AI and data -driven solutions.
  

Preferred Experience

• MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field.
  
• Experience at a leading consulting firm or within
  a strategic leadership role at a large enterprise.
  
• Experience leading AI, analytics, digital
  transformation, data modernization, or technology -enabled business
  transformation initiatives.
  
• Experience contributing to business development,
  proposal development, and account growth activities.
  
• Relevant certifications in AI, cloud technologies,
  analytics, data platforms, or project management.
  
• Experience operating within a high -growth
  consulting, technology, or professional services environment.
