Sterilization Tech/Clinical Assistant in Training, Fort Smith/Fayetteville

We are growing and looking for just the right person to be our next sterilization/clinical specialist!

Summary of Initial Responsibilities:

• Welcome patients and bring them to proper clinical chairs
• Take excellent records including photos, CBCT scans, and intraoral iTero scans
• Assist with the organization and execution of lab processes (ie: making retainers, receiving and logging shipments of appliances, etc)
• Sterilize and disinfect instruments
• Set up instrument cassettes
• Clean clinical stations between patients

• Someone who can accurately and gently perform complex procedures in a specific amount of time

• Someone receptive to constantly learning new skills and adapting to a technologically advanced environment
• A no-drama llama! No, for real.
• Someone who doesn't mind traveling to both Fort Smith and Fayetteville locations

Here’s what IS NOT required:

• Dental or orthodontic experience - Although there are times when this is helpful, there are just as many times that it isn’t.
