Key Responsibilities and Technology Experience:

• Resource is expected to have strong expertise on Sterling OMS and is expected to work on incident tickets and production issues.

• Strong communication skills and should have good analytical skills.

• Should have experience working directly with the end client.

• IBM Sterling Commerce (Proficient)
