Steward

Are you passionate about hospitality and enjoy working behind the scenes to ensure everything runs smoothly? We are looking for a friendly and dedicated Steward to join our vibrant team. As a Steward, you will play a supporting our kitchen and service teams to deliver an exceptional guest experience. 

Responsibilities

• Ensure all dishware, utensils, and kitchen equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.


• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and dining areas throughout the shift.


• Assist with unloading deliveries and proper storage of supplies.


• Dispose of waste and recyclables according to company and health regulations.


• Support kitchen staff by preparing basic tasks such as sorting and organizing ingredients.


• Monitor dishwashing machines and report any malfunctions or maintenance needs.


• Assist with inventory checks and communicate shortages to supervisors.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a hospitality or kitchen environment is preferred but not essential.


• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting and handle physically demanding tasks.


• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.


• Good team player with a positive and friendly attitude.


• Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.


• Basic understanding of health and safety regulations in food service.


• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions independently.
