Job description:

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) to join our team at ProValidus Medical Staffing. As a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) with us, you will play a crucial role in delivering expert healthcare services and improving patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with ADLs: Help residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and toileting, while maintaining their dignity and comfort.
  


• Vital signs: Monitor and record residents' vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration) and report any changes to the nursing staff.
  


• Mobility assistance: Aid residents with ambulation, transfers, and range of motion exercises to maintain their mobility and prevent falls.
  


• Resident monitoring: Observe residents for changes in physical or mental conditions and promptly report concerns to the healthcare team.
  


• Personal care: Ensure that residents receive personal care in a respectful and compassionate manner.
  


• Collaboration: Work alongside nurses and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional care and maintain a positive living environment for residents.
  


• Documentation: Accurately document care provided in the facility’s electronic medical records (EMR) system.

Qualifications:

• Active CNA Certification in the state of Ohio (required).
  


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  


• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
