Stock assistant

We're hiring a Stock Assistant to join our team in New York City. This is a full-time, entry-level position — no degree, no prior experience required. If you're reliable, detail-oriented, and don't mind staying on your feet, we want to hear from you.

You'll be a key part of keeping our operations running smoothly — from receiving deliveries to keeping shelves stocked and the stockroom organised.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Receiving, unpacking, and checking incoming deliveries against purchase orders
• Organising and maintaining the stockroom so everything's easy to find
• Replenishing shelves and keeping the floor looking neat and fully stocked
• Assisting with regular stock counts and inventory checks
• Flagging any missing, damaged, or incorrect stock to your supervisor
• Supporting the wider team with general warehouse and stock duties

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week), including some weekends
• Good attention to detail — you notice when something's off
• Physically comfortable with a hands-on, active role (lifting up to 30 lbs)
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills
• Right to work in the United States

No experience? No problem. Full training provided from day one.

NICE TO HAVE (NOT REQUIRED)

• Previous experience in a stockroom, warehouse, or retail environment
• Familiarity with inventory or stock management systems

SCHEDULE
