Stock Assistant

The Role

You'll be working directly on the shop floor in a fast-paced retail environment, representing well-known brands and delivering real face-to-face customer service. Every day is different and you'll be kept busy from the moment you start.

Day to Day

• Engaging with customers on the floor and delivering a great in-store experience
• Driving sales through product knowledge and genuine conversation
• Representing brands with confidence and a professional attitude
• Building relationships with a wide range of customers
• Hitting personal and team sales targets
• Keeping the store looking presentable and running smoothly
• Supporting teammates during busy periods on the floor

• A confident, outgoing personality with strong people skills
• Someone who enjoys a busy, customer-facing environment
• Self-motivated and comfortable working towards targets
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Able to stay composed and focused during peak hours
• Background in retail, sales, or any customer-facing role is a bonus but not a dealbreaker
