What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and confidence
• Assisting with stock coordination, tracking, and inventory updates
• Supporting the operations team with daily administrative tasks
• Communicating with suppliers, drivers, and internal departments
• Keeping records accurate and systems updated
• Helping ensure stock moves efficiently and smoothly

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude
• Great organisational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-moving environment
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Team player mentality with a proactive approach
• Previous stock, warehouse, admin, or call handling experience is a bonus — but not essential
