Stock Room Specialist

General Expectations and Responsibilities

• Ensure the accuracy of inventory data.


• Verify and inspect the goods received from the suppliers.


• Notify the purchaser if the goods do not meet the requirements or are damaged.


• Store and classify the goods optimally and safely.


• Maintain inventory records. Records inputs and outputs of the stockroom goods.


• Manage stockroom inventory and the minimum stock to be kept in stock.


• Ensure major repairs are made by in-house maintenance or outside repair outlets.


• Perform minor repairs on tools, air hoses, torch hoses, etc.


• Issue tools and supplies to individuals.


• Forward the documents received signed and dated to the Purchasing Department.


• Prepare the requisition for consumable and non-consumable products to the Purchasing Department.


• Prepare/provide the consumable and non-consumable products required for fabrication.


• Maintain order and cleanliness of the stockroom.


• Conduct a periodic inventory count.


• Any other related tasks
