Job Description - Store Mantenance/Porter Personnel




Facility and Building Maintenance


 

Cleaning and sanitation:

 Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in the showroom, waiting areas, and administrative offices.

Clean and restock restrooms daily. Help in file room with moving file boxes.

 

Trash and debris removal:

 Empty wastebaskets, clear cardboard and recycling, and keep the property free of litter and hazard items. 

 

Light repairs:

 Perform minor facility fixes, change light bulbs, touch up paint, or report major plumbing and electrical issues to management.

 

Grounds keeping:

Maintain outdoor areas, shovel snow or salt walkways in winter, pull weeds, and sweep parking aprons.




    Customer areas:

    Maintain coffee stations, seating zones, and display items in the waiting room.
