About the role:
As a Superintendent in Floorz, you’ll manage on-site flooring installation projects from kickoff to completion while maintaining quality standards, schedules, and efficient execution. You’ll coordinate and supervise skilled installation teams, manage evolving schedules, and resolve job-site issues in real time to keep things running smoothly. This role involves close work with clients, project managers, vendors, and general contractors to deliver outstanding results and a seamless project experience. If you can guide crews, communicate clearly with project partners, and solve job-site issues as they arise, we want to see you in action.

Work Environment:
On-Site: This full-time position is primarily out in the field Monday-Friday in Denver, CO and surrounding areas, with administrative tasks being completed at our Denver office location. On occasion you may be required to work evenings/weekends/overnight stays. A valid driver's license and clean driving record is required for traveling between jobsites.
Physical Demands:
This role is highly active and keeps you on your feet, requiring physical stamina, awareness, and a strong commitment to safety. You’ll regularly need to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach while overseeing installations and ensuring quality standards are met. Manual dexterity is important as you may handle tools, materials, and equipment as needed. You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally. You’ll work in active construction environments and must use personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety goggles, gloves, ear protection, and hard hats, to ensure safety during installations.
