Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee commercial construction projects in the Clayton, California area. The Superintendent will be responsible for managing daily field operations, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day job site operations from project start through completion.


• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.


• Maintain project schedules and proactively resolve field issues.


• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.


• Conduct site meetings and communicate progress with the project team.


• Perform quality control inspections and ensure work meets project specifications.


• Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant job site.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects.


• Experience with commercial tenant improvement, renovation, or ground-up construction preferred.


• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.


• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and building codes.


• Valid driver's license with the ability to travel to project sites as needed.
