Key Responsibilities:

  Lead and manage on-site construction teams

  Oversee daily operations and ensure projects stay on time and on budget

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate subcontractors and project timelines

  
  


• 
  

  Enforce safety and quality standards across the site

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain site documentation, including RFIs and daily reports

  
  


• 
  

  Liaise with inspectors and regulatory agencies for approvals

  
  


• 
  

  Order materials and ensure proper use of equipment on-site

  
  


• 
  

  Keep the job site organized, compliant, and hazard-free

  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  

  5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent (FAA project experience preferred)

  
  


• 
  

  HSPD-12 badge required (or ability to obtain)

  
  


• Government Nuclear Experience Preferred (Aiken, SC)


• 
  

  Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), scheduling software, CAD/CAE

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents

  
  


• 
  

  Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

  
  


• 
  

  Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds

  
  


• 
  

  Proficient with digital photography for documentation
