Superintendent - Light Industrial

We are currently working with national General Contractor with a 20+ year presence in Denver and they are looking for a Superintendent to join the team and build local, one of a kind commercial construction projects. Qualifications are as follows

Project Experience: Tilt-wall warehouse/light industrial/manufacturing and finish out/renovation of similar types of properties.

Experience: 10+ years in a general contracting environment

Abilities: Must be able to communicate effectively with Project Management, Sub-contractors, suppliers and clients. This person needs to be able to appreciate and embrace a culture where you are expected to ask and answer tough questions, hold yourself and others accountable while learning and growing.
