Position Overview
V-Line is looking for a Superintendent / SSHO to join our project in OH.
The Superintendent / SSHO will be responsible for overseeing daily operations while ensuring safety regulations and protocols are being followed.
Responsibilities
Superintendent
Supervise, inspect, and approve day-to-day operations of Federal Division projects
Implement project schedules and coordinate subcontractors
Representing V-Line with professionalism and integrity
SSHO
Develop and review the Accident Prevention Plan along with other safety compliance for the project
Document safety meetings and investigate incidents
Enforce safety procedures to crew, subcontractors, etc.
Qualifications
5+ years experience as a Superintendent / SSHO on USACE, NAVFAC, DoD, or other Federal projects
Ability to travel to and from project sites
OSHA 30, EM 385, First Aid, etc.
Possess strong organizational skills, time management, and communication skills
