Description

Are you a healthcare operations leader who thrives on solving complex referral and authorization challenges? As the Clinic Operations Supervisor the Referrals team at Providence Medical Group Northwest Washington, you'll lead the day-to-day operations of our Referrals Department — overseeing centralized referrals and medication prior authorizations to ensure patients get the care they need without unnecessary delays. You'll partner with clinic teams to streamline front-end processes that impact referrals, authorizations, billing, and reimbursement, while driving customer satisfaction, resolving escalations, and setting the long-range direction for a department that sits at the intersection of patient access and revenue integrity.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a healthcare environment.
  • Recent (within 2 years) management or leadership experience.
  • Experience with physician revenue cycle and referrals/authorization.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree Administration, Management or any related field from an accredited institution Or related years of experience.
  • 2 years Experience in Revenue Cycle.
  • 2 years Managing referrals, and authorizations.
  • Experience working in physician billing, referrals to revenue cycle.
