What You'll Do
Lead Daily Operations
- Coordinate daily activities by assigning work, setting priorities, and directing team members to meet operational goals.
- Monitor workflows, equipment readiness, and operational performance to identify issues before they impact project delivery.
- Support operational excellence initiatives through process improvements and long-term planning efforts.
Drive Quality and Accountability
- Establish and maintain quality control standards that ensure equipment and project deliverables meet expectations.
- Track and address client concerns related to product performance, specifications, and reliability.
- Conduct regular safety audits and promote consistent adherence to company standards and procedures.
Develop and Lead Your Team
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members through clear expectations, goal setting, and performance management.
- Identify training and development opportunities that help employees grow their skills and advance their careers.
- Recognize strong performance while providing constructive feedback and accountability when improvement is needed.
- Lead and support warehouse personnel to ensure quality standards, training expectations, and performance goals are consistently achieved.
Build Strong Collaboration
- Partner with Human Resources and operational leaders to maintain staffing plans and support employee development.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement change effectively and efficiently.
- Contribute to both short-term priorities and long-term organizational planning as a member of the leadership team.
Improve Operational Performance
- Enhance reporting, information flow, and business processes to improve efficiency and visibility across operations.
- Support organizational planning efforts through data-driven decision making and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, and operational effectiveness.
What You Bring
- GDAP requirements completed or 5-7 years of experience in audiovisual operations, quality assurance, inventory control, or warehouse operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience leading, coaching, and developing team members.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to balance operational priorities with organizational objectives.
- Proven problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ability to motivate teams, drive accountability, and build strong working relationships.
- Commitment to creating and maintaining a safe workplace.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
