Supervisor Operations/Production Supervisor

Team Leadership & Operations

• Lead, coach, and develop production employees to achieve safety, quality, and performance goals.


• Conduct daily team meetings and communicate operational priorities.


• Manage staffing, scheduling, and labor utilization to meet productivity targets.


• Foster a positive, accountable, and engaged work environment.

Production Excellence

• Ensure on-time, accurate production and/or catering operations.


• Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.


• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and operational effectiveness.

Safety & Compliance

• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.


• Maintain adherence to FDA, USDA, OSHA, HACCP, GMP, and other applicable requirements.


• Support audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Continuous Improvement

• Champion quality, food safety, Lean Manufacturing, and employee safety programs.


• Document processes and drive improvements that enhance productivity and operational results.
