Join Our Team as a Supervisor Patient Access

In this role, you'll lead and support the Patient Access team while ensuring patients receive a welcoming, efficient, and seamless registration experience. As a trusted ambassador of Deaconess, you'll foster a culture of courtesy, respect, empathy, dignity, and optimism while helping your team deliver outstanding patient-centered service.

What You'll Do:

• Lead, coach, and support the Patient Access team to ensure exceptional patient service.


• Oversee patient registration processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.


• Ensure payments are collected in accordance with established procedures.


• Assist with greeting, directing, and escorting patients and visitors as needed.


• Monitor daily operations and help resolve patient and staff concerns in a professional and timely manner.


• Ensure compliance with applicable State and Federal regulations, as well as hospital policies and procedures.


• Serve as an ambassador of Deaconess by cultivating a positive, patient-centered environment and promoting a culture of excellence.

Education & Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED is required.


• College degree is preferred.


• Minimum of one year of leadership experience is preferred.


• Previous cash handling experience is preferred.
