Supervisor, Production (ID1 Shift)

Position: Production Supervisor Shift: ID1 Rotating Shift Hours: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM Department: Production Operations

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead daily operations on the ID1 rotating shift. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with hands‑on production experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain workflow, safety compliance, and production goals in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production workflow and shift activities
• Lead and support production teams to meet operational targets
• Ensure full compliance with all safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Monitor equipment, production output, and shift performance
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and management teams
• Train, coach, and guide employees to maintain high productivity
• Complete shift reports, logs, and documentation accurately
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment

Requirements

• Previous experience in production or manufacturing operations
• Strong leadership and team‑management skills
• Ability to work a 12‑hour ID1 rotating shift (6 AM – 6 PM)
• Strong focus on safety and quality
• Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
