Job Description:
The People of Southwest Airlines come together to deliver on our Purpose, which is to connect People to what’s important in their lives through friendly, reliable, and low-cost air travel. The Supervisor Quality Control invests in the future of Southwest’s People in their work supporting our Technical Operations (Tech Ops) Team with overseeing and training inspection personnel. This role is also responsible for the administration of policies and procedures in the Quality Control Department and provides guidance to the QC Inspector Team. This Supervisor is passionate about developing and championing their Team, continually learning and improving, and working to ensure a safe, compliant operation for all of Southwest’s People. They’ll have the opportunity to grow in their career with Heart each day and drive the future of Southwest.
Additional details:
This role supports all hours of the Southwest Operation, including early mornings, late evenings, and holidays.

Pay & Benefits:
Competitive market salary from $145,600.00 per year to $161,800.00 per year* depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities are available and awarded at the discretion of the company.
