What it takes:

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, Supply Chain Management, or other related field and 5+ years of Supplier Diversity, Procurement, and/or Supply Chain Management experience, or an
  equivalent combination


• Experience with public speaking or presenting at professional events


• Ability to travel on short or very limited notice


• Hold a Certified Professional in Supplier Diversity (CPSD), Certified Diversity Professional (CDP), and/or Certified Professional in Supply Chain Management (CPSM) certificate (desired)


• Current or previous experience serving in leadership positions for Supplier Diversity organizations (desired)


• A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record
