Great at keeping suppliers accountable, tracking down materials, and solving problems before they disrupt production? We’d like to hear from you.

This role manages material flow after purchase orders are issued, keeping orders on schedule and giving internal teams clear visibility into deliveries, shortages, and potential delays.

What you’ll do:

• Track materials from supplier confirmation through delivery.

• Keep order status, lead times, and shipping details current in Oracle ERP.

• Follow up with suppliers to confirm schedules and resolve delivery issues.

• Coordinate expedited shipments and alternative solutions with the appropriate internal teams.

• Analyze on-time delivery, lead time changes, and inventory levels.

• Prepare status reports and recommend improvements to reduce delays and costs.

• Partner with buyers, project teams, and production planners to address shortages and recurring supplier issues.
