Supply Chain Coordinator

Location: In-Office 5 days/week in Playa Vista, CA HQ

Who We Are Looking For:

We are seeking an entry-level Supply Chain Coordinator to support our purchasing and inventory management activities. This role will assist the supply chain team in processing purchase orders, tracking shipments, and maintaining inventory records. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate eager to start a career in supply chain management, develop hands-on experience, and grow within a fast-paced beauty brand.

• Assist with creating and processing purchase orders for inventory replenishment.
• Track orders and communicate status updates to ensure on-time delivery of products to our warehouse and contract manufacturers.
• Support inventory management by maintaining accurate records of incoming and outgoing stock.
• Collaborate with the Supply Chain and Operations teams to address order tracking, receiving issues, and supplier communication.
• Coordinate with suppliers to manage lead times and ensure timely product delivery.
• Assist in resolving any production or supply-related disruptions, including order delays and inventory shortages.
• Collaborate with Marketing to ensure inventory aligns with planned promotions and marketing campaigns.
• Support data entry and reporting to maintain clear records of product orders, receipts, and inventory status.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong interest in supply chain management.
• Prior internship or academic experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, operations or a related field.
• A passion for the beauty industry and an interest in learning about inventory planning and purchasing.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic and an eagerness to grow in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
• Familiarity with G-suite and an interest in learning ERP/MRP systems.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and communicate professionally with suppliers.

The base pay range for this role is $28/hour - $32/hour, with the following factors determining the base pay at offer: skills, qualifications, experience. This range provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. Additionally, this role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on company and individual performance.
