Are you an experienced supply chain leader ready to take on a broader role with significant visibility and room for advancement?

We are conducting a confidential search for a Supply Chain Director to join a $3B global manufacturing organization. This is an opportunity to step into a highly influential regional leadership role with responsibility for strengthening the end-to-end supply chain across a network of manufacturing sites in the U.S. and Canada.

Reporting to the VP of Supply Chain, this person will have the opportunity to make an immediate impact while gaining the exposure and experience to continue advancing within a growing global organization.

What You’ll Lead

• Develop and manage supply chain strategy across multiple manufacturing sites and technologies.
• Lead and develop supply planning teams while influencing site-level materials management teams.
• Drive the S&OP supply planning process across short, medium, and long-term horizons.
• Coordinate the end-to-end supply chain across Operations, Procurement, Logistics, Commercial, Product Management, and Customer Support.
• Use scenario and what-if analysis to reconcile demand, supply, capacity, and financial plans.
• Improve processes and establish meaningful KPIs that drive sustainable performance.
• Optimize customer service, working capital, inventory, and total operating cost.
• Establish and improve stocking and order policies across product lines, customers, and technologies.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of Supply Chain Management and/or S&OP experience.
• Strong manufacturing supply chain experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence within a matrixed organization.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into decisions and action.
• Experience bringing structure, consistency, and scalability to supply chain processes.
• Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
