Today, the Elkton PS\u0026C facility designs, develops, and produces solid-propellant propulsion and ordnance systems in programs professionally managed for a wide variety of Government and commercial customers. The facility also serves as the hub for offsite engineering and test facilities in Ronkonkoma, NY and Palm Beach Gardens, FL.\n\nElkton, Maryland is located on the Upper Chesapeake Bay, midway between Philadelphia and Baltimore. Experience panoramic views from Turkey Point Lighthouse on a bluff overlooking the Bay, or from the banks of the C\u0026D Canal where ships from around the globe cruise. https://www.ccgov.org/government/tourism\n\nJob Description:\n\n * Job Summary: Reporting to the Logistics Supervisor, functions within all activities relating to distribution, receiving, storage, picking, packaging, and inventory control.\n\n * Pulling and staging orders\n\n * Deliveries throughout the plant\n\n * System and Physical inventory transactions\n\n * Performs tasks to ensure safety, organization and cleanliness of the warehouse\n\n * Assists in conducting cycle counting to ensure inventory accuracy\n\n * Forklift operations/license\n\n * Valid driver\u2019s license\n\n\n\n\nQualifications\n\n * High school diploma or equivalent\n\n * Must have at least 4 years of experience or a combination with related education\n\n * Demonstrated ability to work effectively, efficiently, and independently, follow through on assignments with minimal direction and supervision\n\n * Basic computer skills\n\n * Must have a positive, hard-working attitude\n\n * Ability to multitask\n\n * Excellent communication skills\n\n * Lifting and placing items that weigh up to 45 pounds\n\n * Must be able to obtain a secret clearance, which US citizenship is required\n\n\n\n\nPrimary Level Salary Range: $53,500.00 - $89,100.00\n\nThe above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate\u0027s experience, education, skills and current market conditions.\n\nDepending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
