Our employees are not only part of history, they\u0027re making history.\n\nNorthrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is seeking a Supply Chain Technical Coordinator Level 2 or 3 to provide support to our team in our Clearfield, UT. location.\n\nSupports and assists activities within multiple disciplines across the Supply Chain process. Provides technical, tactical and execution support in various aspects of the industry standard supply chain business process areas primarily Supply Chain Manufacturing and Supply Chain Logistics, as well as Supply Chain Business Operations. These employees are primarily responsible for the manual movement, shipping and receiving of materials.\n\nProvide logistical support:\n\n * Preparing and/or coordinating required shipping documentation.\n * Storage, tracking, and issuing inventories.\n * Coordinates with Property Management for shipping/receiving tooling and equipment.\n * Monitoring receipt of item at receipt and maintains shipment/receiving records.\n * Assist Accounts Payable in processing Invoices by providing shipment information.\n * Ensure received parts/materials are staged for Quality Incoming Inspection.\n * Ordering of needed shipping supplies\n * Knowledge of Workbooks, procedures, and forms.\n\n\n\nThis position may be filled as a Level 2 or Level 3 based on the qualifications outlined below.\n\nBasic Qualifications Level 2:\n\n * High School Diploma/GED and 2 yrs relevant work experience in shipping/receiving, and/or inventory control and/or manufacturing environment\n * Ability to obtain U.S Government Secret Level Clearance (US Citizenship Required).\n * Ability to obtain special program access.\n * This position requires the ability to perform moderate strenuous physical and repetitious work to include: bending, stooping, kneeling, carrying tools, lifting up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis\n\n\n\nBasic Qualifications Level 3:\n\n * High School Diploma/GED and 4 yrs relevant work experience in shipping/receiving, and/or inventory control and/or manufacturing environment\n * Ability to obtain U.S Government Secret Level Clearance (US Citizenship Required).\n * Ability to obtain special program access.\n * This position requires the ability to perform moderate strenuous physical and repetitious work to include: bending, stooping, kneeling, carrying tools, lifting up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis\n\n\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n * Experience in operating a forklift and other types of freight moving equipment.\n * Experience with safely loading and unloading trucks.\n * Experience with setting up shipments and/or coordinating with transportation brokers.\n * Experience with classified white-glove shipping requirements.\n * Experience with using an MRP system for storing and issuing inventory.\n * Previous experience with inventory with shelf life and/or out-time controls.\n * Experienced user of MS Office computer programs to accomplish reports, logs, and briefings.\n * Hazmat training and experience is highly desired.\n\n\n\nPrimary Level Salary Range: $19.57 - $32.64\n\nSecondary Level Salary Range: $23.27 - $38.75\n\nThe above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate\u0027s experience, education, skills and current market conditions.\n\nDepending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
