Supply Delivery Driver

Primarily responsible for using University vehicles to perform activities related to on and/or off campus deliveries. Operates a box truck in accordance with all applicable federal/state laws, regulations, and/or University policies, standards and guidelines. Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.

• Operates a box truck in accordance with all applicable federal/state laws, regulations, and/or University policies, standards and guidelines. Abides by all safety standards and regulations required. Performs truck pre-inspections. 
• Reports vehicle defects, accidents, traffic violations or damage before and after route. Loads and unloads supplies and equipment in a safe and timely manner. Delivers supplies and equipment to campus and satellite campus locations. 
• Assists custodial staff during emergency events such as floods and with floor care. Maintains and ensure emergency supplies and equipment are in good operating condition to be used during emergencies and flood events. 
• Moves furniture and other items as needed to access area floors for maintenance. 
• Pickup and delivers equipment needing to be repaired. 
• Other related duties as assigned. 
   

• A minimum of one year of verifiable delivery experience. 
• Must be able to read and follow written instructions in the proper execution of assigned tasks. 
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
