Support Engineers will also play a critical role in resolving technical system issues that promote product reliability. You will have endless opportunities to learn and grow in the Engineering development space.\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\n\n\u2022 Bachelor\u0027s degree and 4+ years of Support Engineering or related work experience. \nOR \nAssociate\u0027s degree and 5+ years of Support Engineering or related work experience. \nOR \nHigh School Diploma or equivalent and 6+ years of Support Engineering or related work experience. \n \n*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master\u2019s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.\n\nPrincipal Duties and Responsibilities:\n\nLab Tech requirement:\n\n * Proficient in different operating systems including Windows and Linux\n * Proficient in Microsoft Office Products such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word\n * Proficient in documentation processes and procedures\n * Proficient in Testing methodology\n * Good understanding of Python scripts\n * Proficient in Debugging methodology and problem solving\n * Proficient in Mutli-Tasking and handing multiple tasks in parallel\n * Background in wireless, automation is preferred\n\n\n\nDaily tasking\n\n * Lab inventory tracking and updating\n * Swapping and installing different lab and testing equipment\n * Reviewing logs and providing feedback\n * Provide daily status report and updates on tasking\n * Organize the lab equipment keep the lab tight and clean.\n * Using problem solving skills to solve issues that might arise in the lab\n * Support if needed running testing\n * Install tools and software on PCs\n * Maintain lab PCs and debug any tools issues that arise from automation\n * Monitor test results and report issues when arise\n\n\n\nOther Skills\n\n * Proficient in communication skills\n * Ability to operate in dynamic environments\n * Ability to learn, adapt quickly and take initiative\n * Strong attention to details\n\n\n\nQualcomm is an equal opportunity employer.
