We help Lam deliver industry-leading solutions with speed and efficiency, while actively supporting the resilient and profitable growth of Lam\u0027s business. \n\n## What you\u2019ll do\n\n * Manage daily operations, team performance, and career development.\n * Oversee warehouse department operations across multiple locations in Livermore, CA.\n * Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, SOX, ISO, and quality standards.\n * Attend daily and weekly status meetings for your department and provide real-time updates.\n * Act as the primary escalation point for the department, resolving complex operational issues promptly.\n * Lead cross-functional projects to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and enhance quality.\n * Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve service levels.\n * Support system implementations and logistics process improvements.\n * Monitor and report on key metrics, including inventory, in-transit goods, and warehouse quality.\n * Conduct root cause analysis for quality escapes using structured problem-solving methods.\n * Respond to changes in manufacturing build plans with proactive logistics support.\n\n\n\n## Who we\u2019re looking for\n\n * AA degree or equivalent required, with 6+ years of related experience as an individual contributor.\n * Minimum of 4 years of experience supervising logistics or warehouse operations.\n * Strong leadership and organizational skills.\n * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); SAP experience is a plus.\n * Excellent communication and customer service skills.\n * Ability to analyze technical documents (drawings, schematics, designs).\n * Experience with inventory control, reporting, and process management.\n * Ability to manage multiple processes and projects effectively.\n * Professionalism, strong problem-solving mindset, and a drive for continuous improvement.\n * Comfortable working at heights above 20 feet.\n\n\n\n## Preferred qualifications\n\n * Current warehouse SME experience is a plus.\n * Knowledge of SAP (ECC, S/4, EWM).\n * Experience with structured problem-solving methods (8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone).\n * Familiarity with logistics systems and automation tools.\n * Familiarity with automated storage and retrieval systems (VLM, AutoStore, AGV).\n\n\n\n## Our commitment\n\nWe believe it is important for every person to feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their full potential. Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role.
