Surgery Manager

Career Land Center is hiring for a senior-level Surgery Manager to lead surgical services operations at a facility in Muscle Shoals, AL.

This is a full-time, on-site leadership role requiring relocation to the Muscle Shoals area within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the surgical department. Lead clinical staff, maintain regulatory compliance, and ensure the delivery of safe surgical care. Apply nursing leadership competencies alongside direct surgery experience to guide departmental performance and support staff development.

Requirements: Current Alabama State Board of Nursing license. BLS required; ACLS/PALS as applicable. Minimum 5 years of work experience with demonstrated management skills. 2–3 years of surgery experience required. Must be able to relocate to Muscle Shoals, Alabama within 30 days of hire.
