Surgical Technician

Provides patient care within scope of practice including scrub duties for surgical procedures. Participates in standby and call schedules.

Required Qualifications: 

• Coursework/Training - Graduate of an accredited surgical technologist training program – Surgical Technology or, 


• Coursework/Training - Successfully completing a Providence in-house training program and obtain the relevant state license/certification.    


• Washington Surgical Technologist Registration upon hire. 


• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Certified Surgical Technologist - National Organization upon hire. 


• Experience as a surgical technologist in an acute care facility.
