A prominent healthcare organization is hiring an experienced Surg Tech for a position located in Southwest Florida. This role provides competitive hourly pay and a substantial sign -on bonus for new hires.

Duties

• Prepare operating rooms, ensuring all necessary surgical equipment, instruments, and supplies are sterilized and readily available.
  

• Assist surgeons and nursing staff during operations by handing instruments and supplies.
  

• Maintain a sterile environment throughout the surgical procedure.
  

• Anticipate the needs of the surgical team to ensure efficiency and patient safety.
  

Comp & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $33/hr.
  

• Procedural Differential: $1/procedural differential.
  

• Shift Differentials:
  

• Night shift: $2.80/hour.
  

• Weekend shift: $2.00/hour.
  

• Sign -on Bonus: A $10,000 sign -on bonus is offered for new hires.
  

Requirements

• Surgical Technologist certification.
  

• Demonstrated experience working in a surgical environment.
