What You’ll Do
As a key member of the surgical team, you will support safe and efficient surgical procedures by:
Preparing and organizing the operating room for procedures
Maintaining a sterile field throughout all cases
Anticipating surgeon needs and passing instruments efficiently
Performing surgical counts in accordance with policy
Assisting with equipment setup, troubleshooting, and sterilization processes
Supporting turnover between cases to maintain workflow efficiency
Collaborating closely with surgeons, nurses, and clinical staff
What You Bring
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, team-focused professional who thrives in a surgical environment.
Required:
Completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist program
1–2 years of experience in an OR or Ambulatory Surgery Center
BLS certification
Skills That Set You Apart
Strong knowledge of surgical instrumentation and procedures
Ability to anticipate needs and stay steps ahead during cases
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
High level of professionalism and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize effectively
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Fast-paced clinical environment with occasional extended hours
Prolonged standing and frequent movement throughout the day
Ability to lift and move equipment (up to ~50 lbs)
Exposure to typical surgical/clinical conditions

Physical Activity: Standing for sustained periods of time, Stooping, Grasping, Lifting, Talking, Hearing.
Physical requirements: Light work. Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs on a regular basis from floor to waist, 5 lbs from waist to shoulder, and 5 lbs from shoulder to overhead.
