Reports to: Swim Instructor Supervisor

Essential Functions

Instruct all swimming lessons with safety as the main priority.
Provide top-notch customer service and member experience.
Maintain a professional and safe environment on the pool deck.
Uphold our principle to “improve the day.”

Requirements

Qualifications

Proficiency in swimming techniques and safety skills.
Patience, tact, and clear communication skills with all ages.
Skills in both leadership and customer service.
Commitment to our values: hospitality, integrity, teamwork, care, and family.
