Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Systems Analyst (Advanced) to facilitate complex, enterprise-level software development efforts within large-scale financial application environments. In this role, you will act as a developer, facilitator, and Subject Matter Expert (SME)—analyzing critical financial processes, leading continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring high-quality, scalable solution implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  

  Technical & Functional SME: Drive application development, maintenance, and technical architecture for complex financial business systems.

  
  


• 
  

  Process Re-Engineering: Evaluate current business functions, identify efficiency opportunities, and translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.

  
  


• 
  

  Quality Assurance Oversight: Provide guidance and code-review oversight across integration, staging, and production environments.

  
  


• 
  

  System Optimization & Troubleshooting: Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues using diagnostic tools and collaborative problem-solving.

  
  


• 
  

  Roadmaps & Standards: Partner with cross-functional teams, developers, and architects to establish software guidelines, roadmaps, and process documentation.

  
  

Required Qualifications

• 
  

  Experience: 7+ years as a Lead Developer or Development Manager.

  
  


• 
  

  Relational Databases: 5+ years of broad experience with Azure SQL, SQL Server, Oracle, or similar relational database systems.

  
  


•

    Proficiency with Microsoft Visual Studio and .NET (.NET Core / C# preferred).

    Experience with ORMs (Entity Framework, n-Hibernate).

  Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field (or equivalent work experience).

  Domain Focus: Proven background developing and maintaining software systems dealing with complex financial processes.
