Key Responsibilities:

- Operate casino table games such as blackjack, and Ultimate Texas Hold'em according to established rules and procedures.

- Deal cards, spin the roulette wheel, and manage game flow efficiently and accurately.

- Ensure all bets are placed correctly and handle chips, cash, and other gaming tokens responsibly.

- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests professionally and courteously.

- Monitor game activity to prevent cheating, detect suspicious behavior, and ensure compliance with gaming regulations.

- Maintain the integrity and fairness of the game at all times.

- Keep the gaming area clean, organized, and in compliance with safety standards.

- Assist in resolving guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.

- Follow all casino policies, procedures, and security protocols.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a casino dealer or in a similar role preferred.

- Strong knowledge of casino table games and gaming regulations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and composure.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in dealing cards, chips, and cash.

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

- Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

- Ability to obtain necessary gaming licenses or certifications as required by local regulations.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required.
• Previous dealer experience preferred.

• Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and co-workers.
• Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff and current/potential clients.
• Ability to read, write and communicate verbally in English.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or team members.
• Dependable and reliable while maintaining a consistent and regular attendance record.
• Thorough knowledge of table games policies and procedures.
