In addition to helping us get work done, as a manager at Station Casinos, you are expected to support, develop, and inspire the people you are responsible for because we believe in a people-first approach.

Your role requires several outcomes or goals to be met. You are expected to meet the following financial, guest, and team member KPIs that are essential to our success. 

• Oversee the casino table games activities during an assigned shift ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

• Assists in implementing policies and procedures and in directing personnel in accordance with management policies and objectives and the efficient operation of all table games on an assigned shift.

• Must be knowledgeable in all of internal controls. Have the ability to prepare regular reports on the status of the assigned shift, technical skill levels of team members, staffing requirements and ensure that team members are following set forth policies and procedures.

In a perfect world, we would also like you to come with:

• Ability to obtain a Nevada Gaming Registration and Alcohol Awareness card (Must be at least 21 years of age)

• Broad knowledge of various casino table games, casino rules and regulations

• Organizational, supervisory and communication skills
