Talent Acquisition Manager

The position will be based in Sunnyvale and will report in to the Global Talent Acquisition Director- R&D

Responsibilities:
• Manage end to end TA operations for a large product business group within Juniper.
• TA Partner for the product business group leaders. The client base would comprise of hiring managers, VPs  and SVPs of the product groups.
• Build an environment of trust with the business leaders through consistent results.
• Manage and develop a large TA team of recruiters, sourcers and coordinators.
• Plan, track and deliver high quality TA services against business plans and pre defined goals.
• Process excellence for the TA operations.
• Drive high quality selection and positive candidate experience practices.

Requirements:
• 5+ years experience of managing TA in the high tech industry.
• Prior experience of partnering on TA with leaders at a VP level.
• Prior experience of managing large TA teams of more than 10.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
