Manage the talent acquisition process by tracking status of candidates in ATS, scheduling interviews and moving candidates through the interview process. Partner with hiring managers to identify the right talent by sourcing & screening candidates, performing background checks, and securing employment offers. Manage new hire onboarding processing. Coach and oversee member terminations. Prepares and maintains accurate employee files in company HRIS. Assists or prepares correspondence as requested. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree in a Human Resources related field and/or two (2) years equivalent experience. Experience with iCIMS and Insperity (strongly preferred) Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Working understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. Proficient with Chrome / G Suite environments (preferred) Strong background with LinkedIn, Zip Recruiter, Career Builder and other job boards. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, related field and/or two (2) equivalent experience.
