Location: Pittsburgh, PA — primarily based in our West Mifflin office, with occasional travel to nearby partner locations — including Cleveland and Plum — for hiring events and in-person support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers and local leadership to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a wide range of field and office roles, ensuring alignment with both role requirements and company culture
• Manage the end-to-end recruiting process—from writing job descriptions to extending offers
• Build strong talent pipelines through referrals, job fairs, partnerships, and proactive networking
• Maintain an excellent candidate experience with timely communication and transparency
• Collaborate with HR and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and handoff to local teams

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
• Proven experience recruiting in a fast-paced environment—experience in skilled trades or service industries is a plus
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a dynamic setting
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools (iCIMS experience preferred)
