As our company continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us attract, recruit, and hire outstanding people who will contribute to our long-term success.

Position Overview
This is more than a recruiting role. We're looking for someone who can help us build the workforce that will drive the next phase of Americrane's growth.
You'll be responsible for identifying qualified candidates, creating a positive candidate experience, conducting initial interviews, coordinating the hiring process, and partnering with leadership to develop recruiting strategies for both immediate and long-term staffing needs.
The ideal candidate understands that recruiting is about relationships, not just resumes. They know how to identify great people, create excitement around career opportunities, and move top candidates through the hiring process quickly.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Source qualified candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and other recruiting channels
  


• 
  Actively recruit passive candidates through direct outreach
  


• 
  Conduct phone and video interviews to evaluate experience, qualifications, and overall fit
  


• 
  Represent Americrane and Valor Specialized Rigging professionally and create enthusiasm about joining our team
  


• 
  Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and leadership, ensuring all stakeholders remain informed of candidate status, hiring progress, and next steps throughout the recruiting process.
  


• 
  Manage the recruiting pipeline and applicant tracking system (BambooHR)
  


• 
  Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
  


• 
  Partner with department leaders to understand hiring priorities and workforce planning
  


• 
  Develop recruiting strategies for skilled trades, operators, riggers, mechanics, CDL drivers, office professionals, and leadership positions
  


• 
  Build and maintain a strong network of future candidates for ongoing hiring needs
  


• 
  Track recruiting metrics and identify opportunities to improve hiring efficiency
  

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
Experience recruiting for construction, equipment rental, transportation, industrial, manufacturing, or skilled trades is strongly preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation abilities
Comfortable making outbound recruiting calls and engaging passive candidates
Highly organized with excellent follow-through
Able to manage multiple openings and changing priorities
Experience using recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, or similar sourcing tools
Experience with applicant tracking systems (BambooHR) and Microsoft Office
